About Aspire Pilates Center
Aspire opened its doors in 2006. We bring high quality, bio mechanically healthy training to all ages, body types, and ability levels in a kind, supportive, and empowering environment. From our youngest client who is 6, to our oldest that is 99, we work strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and corrective body mechanics to a diverse population. We specialize in post rehabilitation training and professional dancers and elite athletes. We love our clientelle that includes Pre/Post natal women, folks with Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, Seniors, those with back, joint and foot pain, and folks that want to jump start their fitness or take their health and wellness to the next level.
Aspire was named Concord, California's "Best Small Business" in 2017, 2015 "Best Pilates Studio" by the Community Focus newspaper, and Concord's “Small Business of the Year” in 2013. Tonya Amos (Owner) was named “Female Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2010 and "100 Influential Women of Pleasant Hill" in 2009.
After 12 years and 5 businesses awards, Aspire closed our brick and mortar in 2018. Shifting Aspire's operating model has allowed us to work full time on bridging health, wellness and the arts with low income communities. We are committed to helping people of diverse backgrounds achieve their best version of themselves and are proud of the work that we do.
